I was taking a class once a week to be certified for an important skill that I needed for my nursing work. That took away majority of work time I could use for doll making. There are some tears of the fabric from its age but I left them as is to give vintage look. I used antique silk ribbon as decoration instead of buckles. Because of the size of the doll is much larger than smaller dolls I often make, these ribbons seem better balanced with the dress. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I am using vintage cotton socks in matching color this time. These are knee high socks and look very cute when she is wearing them.
