\"\"<\/a>Sewing detailed patterns on front and back panel, making double shell ruffles on pocket and collar are extremely time consuming.<\/span><\/div>\n
My neck and shoulders gave up after working on these parts for two days.<\/span><\/div>\n
I usually have to stay away from sewing for few days in order to relieve the pain. I can’t even tilt my head downward or turn my neck due to severe pain. <\/span><\/div>\n
I started running again to improve blood circulations. <\/span><\/div>\n
( and to loose some wait ..)<\/span><\/div>\n
I could not run for a while after I had back injury about 5 years ago. <\/span><\/div>\n
But my back is much better now and feel so great to be able to run again. I am planning to run 10K on Lake Tahoe Marathon in September!<\/span><\/div>\n
