I recently developed floaters and photopsia in my right eye and was diagnosed with a precursor to retinal detachment. Although it hasn\u2019t detached yet, my vision in that eye has deteriorated, and there\u2019s a possibility it may progress to detachment. I\u2019ll have another examination in three weeks to make sure my retina is still intact.
Unfortunately, I\u2019ve had to stop making dolls and have decided to cancel my participation in the doll show in September.
Since I\u2019m unsure when I\u2019ll be able to resume doll making, I\u2019ve decided to move forward with my planned move from next year to this year.
I\u2019m currently packing our house.
I hope to move into my new home before next winter and resume work in my new doll studio by next spring.
I\u2019ll be taking a break for a while, but I hope to return next year with improved condition .
