Few more weeks till my first workshop and I finally finished making parts for kit. Next job is to make instructions and design some printing materials. Organizing event involves so many small tasks that is not directly related to doll making and it would be impossible for me to prepare if I were still working as a nurse. I am so glad I now have time to tackle project as complicated as this.

ワークショップまであと2週間足らずですが、とりあえず生徒さんに配るパーツは完成しました。次は説明書やその他の資料を作ります。このくらいの規模のイベントとなると、ドールメイキングには直接関係のない仕事がたくさんあって、その準備だけでかなりの時間が取られます。以前ナースと兼業していた頃には、とてもこなせる時間がありませんでした。今はこうして時間が思う存分取れるのでありがたいですね。

Each participants will receive parts like this. They will be painting Bru face and making Chevrot body torso and upper arm.　参加者全員にこのパーツを用意しました。ヘッドを絵付けして、シェブローボディのトルソー、上腕部分を作り組み立てます。

Right is a sample Chevrot body I made. I will be teaching how to make this body and put it together as a doll in 4 day workshop. サンプル用に作ったシェブローボディです。この作り方を4日間で学び、最終日に組み立てます。
